I was here only for dessert. I arrived around 330pm. Keep in mind that your dessert options are limited around this time. The chefs who build the more complex desserts don't come in till 4pm. So we ordered the drugstore sundae which comprised of 3 scoops of ice cream with whip cream, hot fudge drizzle and a cherry on top. We also had the frozen hot chocolate which was so satisfyingly sweet. They also serve comfort food like chicken tenders and simple sandwiches. The ambiance and decorations are pretty cool. The service staff was Aces! Honestly, the price for dessert is pretty steep, but you get a sweet and tasty dessert in return

We were in the area for a concert at the Hard Rock, but decided to park and eat at Oceans to beat the crowds. (Which, by the way, I highly recommend if you are able to do so.) I come from up north, and I'm familiar (and have eaten at) the original Serendipity. It's very cool that they have expanded to other locations - however, while our experience was mostly positive, I think the biggest drawback is (ironically) the branding of the name. While this holds the name Serendipity, it cannot hold a candle to the original. First, let me start with the good. The decor and vibe of this place is perfect, especially for a vacation resort. Everything is eyecandy, and I can see how this place would be great for kids, tweens, and bachelorette parties. Its got good, upbeat music, and I love the quirky and eclectic lighting (like the Tiffany chandeliers). Our service was pretty good, too. Shout out to DJ - our server - who handled everything with a cool demeanor and patience, even though she was essentially the only waitress in our section of tables. And the food, while limited, was very fresh and hot. We didn't wait too long for anything, and what we had was very tasty. (Empire Onion Rings, two orders of the Young Chicken Sandwich, and an order of Chicken and Waffles [which, by the way, were their tenders adorning two waffles.) It's greasy fast-eating bar food, which works in a pinch and nothing specifically to write home about. (Again, not bad, but just average.) The biggest drawback is the menu itself - it serves its purpose, but it is just too limited. While we were looking online, we had a bit of confusion with the menus here. There were a few floating around with different items (not to be confused with the other two Serendipities in existence) , and the one present here was the most limited of them all. While it definitely serves its purpose, it just feels underwhelming, especially since this is clearly an offspring of the original - even the dessert menu was limited, and Serendipity's whole kitsch is their dessert. For example, they had pictures of items floating on the megatron TV that were not available in the restaurant (apple pie and frozen white hot chocolate, for example). IMO, the name should be a little different - because when you hear the name Serendipity, you associate with the original in NYC, even though it has the 3 after it. The menu and service just isn't the same - it's a cheaper form of the experience. I personally believe they should offer an experience like the original in NY, or somehow rebrand the name so that it's connected, but lets customers know its not the same. Overall, though, still a positive experience. But next time, we will certainly opt for other dining options.

I was so happy to be invited to this restaurant. I took the drive down and found parking in the Ocean's resort parking lot. I took the elevator to the floor where the restaurant was and found the restaurant as I walked in. I was greeted and sat with my friend. Jenn was our server, and she was great! The restaurant was so cutely decorated! We started with the fish bowl drinks, and I got the margarita one, and it was tasty! My friend enjoyed her mermaid drink. For appetizers, we got the ferris wheel with different apps, and my favorite was the beignets and the chicken tenders! The flavors were amazing! For our meal, we got the buffalo chicken sandwich. It looked good when it came out. The buffalo sauce was a bit salty, so I didn't use much, but the overall sandwich was good. We had such a good experience, and I would definitely go again!

Stayed In ac for spring break with my daughter for 4 days. We ate some yummy food. We stop at serendipity 3 in Oceans hotel on the board walk. And the food was delish. We had a ferris wheel appetizer to die for. That included fried shrimp mozzarella sticks, mini pretzel bites, chicken fingers. and onion rings. For dinner I had the chicken & waffles. My daughter had a fettuccine Alfredo pasta, chicken dish! We also shared A salted caramel hot cocoa and it was delishhh! We stopped for some photos out front was a nice set up. The also had so great tunes playing while we sat for dinner. I couldn't stay in my seat. It was a great night with my daughter.
